Well, today's the day Justin and I have been dreading...Brianna's first day of daycare. It seems easier to call is school though so that's what I've started referring to it as. Justin suggested several weeks ago that, since my first day back at work is a Wednesday, we use today and Tuesday as trial runs so that I can work out our morning routines and help her adjust to school more gradually. She'll only be there for a half day today and tomorrow so hopefully, that will make Wednesday easier since it won't be completely unfamiliar to her.
I have to say, we did pretty good this morning. She got up at 5:30, had breakfast and hung out with me while I got ready as if I were actually going to work. Daddy got her dressed and packed up for school then saw us off. I think I'll have a little time every morning after I get to the center to cuddle her before leaving so that will make it easier on both of us. We're picking her up after lunch so we'll see then how the morning was for her. Our webcam registration isn't processed yet so I can't check on her but it should be by tomorrow. I'm hope she's doing okay!

Hang in there mama! I know it's tough but I promise it gets a little easier as you go along.
